
I’m definitely a true Canadian and not meant for this mid-summer heat! Spending so much time with my nieces and nephews this summer, and watching them devour ice cream like it’s their job, I decided to make my own sweet treat (but something a little on the healthier side). With only six ingredients, and a little jolt from the espresso, these are so easy to make and absolutely delish! Enjoy xoxo
Perfect Summer Fudgesicles
Ingredients:
- 3 bananas (the more spotty they are, the sweeter they’ll be)
- Half of a very ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 good shot of espresso (I do a double)
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until fully combined and liquid
- Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze (I always leave mine overnight)
I only have a 6-piece Popsicle mould so I pour the extra into a silicone muffin tray and cover and freeze it. It works great!
