
Even on the coldest winter day I will have a smoothie for breakfast. It’s become habit at this point and usually my smoothies are all the same (with the only regular change being what frozen fruit I use), but the odd time I want something completely different than my “usual.” This smoothie is so delicious and creamy. I hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
- 1 medjool date, pitted
- 1 frozen banana
- cinnamon, measure with your heart! (but about 1 tsp or so)
- a handful of frozen cauliflower
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup non-dairy milk + extra depending on how thin you want it
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until creamy and smooth
