Cinnamon swirl smoothie

Even on the coldest winter day I will have a smoothie for breakfast. It’s become habit at this point and usually my smoothies are all the same (with the only regular change being what frozen fruit I use), but the odd time I want something completely different than my “usual.” This smoothie is so delicious and creamy. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 medjool date, pitted
  • 1 frozen banana
  • cinnamon, measure with your heart! (but about 1 tsp or so)
  • a handful of frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk + extra depending on how thin you want it

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until creamy and smooth
