Easy & delicious turkey meatballs

I make these about once a month! They are so simple and delish and my go-to for a protein boost to my lunches. You can skip the browning on the stove top and opt to just put them right into the oven if you wish.

Easy & Delicious Turkey Meatballs


  • 1 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (I use just under 1/4 tsp)
  • 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs (my favourite is herbs de Provence, but you can use Italian if you like)
  • 2 tsp tamari sauce
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • pinch of paprika
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Mix all ingredients together and form into 12 meatballs
  3. Heat a cast-iron skillet to medium heat with some avocado oil
  4. Place meatballs into skillet to get brown on all sides, shaking them in the pan every few minutes
  5. Place skillet in oven and cook for about 15-20 mins, or until internal temperature reaches 165 F
