Vanilla Cake Smoothie

Smoothies will always be a favourite of mine. They are so easy to make and take no time at all. This particular smoothie tastes just like a vanilla cake mix straight from the bowl. Enjoy!

Vanilla Cake Smoothie

Serves: 1


  • 1 serving of vanilla flavoured protein powder
  • 1/4 quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 frozen banana **
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • extra non-dairy milk or water while it’s blending to thin it out


  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and enjoy

**since you’re using 2 dates you can also just use half a frozen banana
