
Smoothies will always be a favourite of mine. They are so easy to make and take no time at all. This particular smoothie tastes just like a vanilla cake mix straight from the bowl. Enjoy!
Vanilla Cake Smoothie
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 1 serving of vanilla flavoured protein powder
- 1/4 quick oats
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 1 frozen banana **
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- extra non-dairy milk or water while it’s blending to thin it out
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to your blender and enjoy
**since you’re using 2 dates you can also just use half a frozen banana
